Talk with Mgha

Talked with Mgha, a current graudating sudent. Not much to learn form that except kellogg was a great experience, has a large Indian community and IBC, its cold and beautiful in Chicago and KLP is not worth the cost!
And also there is no need to worry about Majors/Concentarations at this stage.
The recruitng season for interns will start as early as Nov. so get prepared is a tip.
I forgot to ask her about - how to best utilize my time now, but will catch up on that in the mail.

Waitlist at Cornell

Finally on the evening of 4th Feb, after a whole day of painful waiting, my Cornell applicaton status was updated. I got on another waitlist, this time a competetive one.

Also, TCS Hats Off happened on 05th evening, along with the Bianca depature party at the office. Hung out with Ipsss on that one :)

Cornell Interview done!!

I think it went well with a fair share of bungles :p
- the school in not in New York city
- my answers were long winded and bit unstructured; but had content

Why MBA was opening question and I gave a shit long answer.
rest seemed fine.
Why did I not apply to Tuck? That was unexpected but handled well enough in the end i suppose.
career goals and mba rationale was commmunicated okay enough.

Onsite team reduced and an interview to take

Four people from the onsite team were sent off to India this saturday. The office will be awfully empty from Monday. I have to take up new responsibities with the IT team. Further, I have an interview with Crnl on Monday. And I hv been chilling all weekend instead of research!
