Letter of Intent, I am Mr Suhail Mohammad, The public worker and housing Minister in Syria.I am emailing you to make a proposal regarding investing in your country.I want to invest outside of Syria because last two months, i was added to Syria sanctions blacklist by the European Union and i have been baned from travelling to Europe and my assets to be frozen.
